Jizake = local sake! We're lucky to have two sake breweries in Brooklyn: Brooklyn Kura & Kato Sake Works. We're also lucky to have Hana Makgeolli, an artisanal Korean rice wine producer right in Greenpoint! Jizake has been key in helping introduce consumers, who are otherwise unfamiliar, to sake!
