Fruit pét-nat made from Swedish apples, pears and semi-carbonically macerated plums from Ekerö. With the sweetness from the pears, acidity and tartness from the umeboshi-like plums and a dry finish we attribute to the apples & their skins, this cider is very well balanced and crushable. Also, as one of the winemakers informed us... very delicious when paired with ramen.

ABV: 7%
Region: Sweden
Vinification: 1-3 day whole-pulp maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation and one round of racking. Plums undergo semi-carbonic maceration in steel tanks, then get blended with the cider before bottling.
