Vinification: Natural yeast, direct pressing, white and red grapes mixed, light racking. Winemaking (AF + MF) and aging in 400 liters old barrels for 12 months. Just a touch of sulfur at bottling (1.5g/hl). No filtration nor fining prior to bottling. The Experience: Light in color but big in aroma! Rich notes of citrus and red fruit. Aging potential. |
