The vinification: Right before the harvest, we sorted fruits several times in the vineyard to remove diseased berries. So we
were able to delay the harvest in the season and we were able to harvest grapes that were close to full ripeness. After
destemming, only the berries were placed into open-top stainless steel tanks for 30 days maceration with punching down
four times a day. After pressing with a balloon press, the wine was aged in barrels for approximately 8 months. The wine is
bottled without adding sulfites.

The experience: Pale ruby color with intense purple tints. Aromas of fresh black and red fruit confiture and hint of French oak. The
acidity and tannins are firm but not overly stands up and well balanced. The richness and fruitiness slowly linger on your
palate after you taste. This is one of the oldest vines in the tetta vineyard. It has been carefully nurtured and vinified as if it
were telling a story.
