A blend many varietals (all destemmed) and fermented in amphora, aged for 8 month in amphora, then blended in the summer of 2022.
Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, bottled without any additives. 11.5% abv
Sweet aroma of delicious grapes, raspberry compote layered with the scent of cloves and black tea. Juicy and fresh acidity, mellow astringency, and dry finish.
