The experience: Serve chilled. Try this with a cheese board! The lactic acid pairs well with the tang & umami of cheese and charcuterie. Process: oyangiu (5 stage fermented alcohol), fermented over 8 weeks Ingredients: medium grade organic white rice, nuruk (traditional Korean fermentation starter), water. Clarified.
