on the left:
in classic shichi hon yari fashion, this sake is sharp, dry & extremely versatile. our preferred temp is room temperature because we see a little bit more nutty, marzipan-y fruitiness. very good rainy weather sake.
on the right:
the soft, supple texture here is so satisfying! it somehow falls under the same category as hot apple cider in my brain.
