This one in particular has "U.S.A." circled, referring to the specific tank of sake Toji Yuichi Tanaka reserved for the US market. Tanaka san has gained a reputation in the sake world for bright, lively sake with layers of fruit and texture.

The experience: This feels like special occasion sake. Its not everyday you encounter a muroka nama genshu with this elegance, let alone one with rice polished to 50%. This sake is balanced, both fruity & textured while also finishing dry.

Process: Sokujo ABV: 15%

Ingredients: Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku milled to 50%
