Each batch is slightly different, each bottle is individually numbered.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMade from low-polished Carnaroli rice (90 %).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eStill – round, deep, with notes of exotic fruits, slightly oxidized tones and light acidity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eKeep in a cool and dark place, serve chilled.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis sake is unpasteurised and it continues to develop in the bottle. For slow development, store in the refrigerator (ideally \u0026lt; 5 °C). This keeps the taste stable for 6-12 months.
