- Made from native Hyogo Kita Nishiki rice, a sake specific rice grown closer in character to the lean sake rices of Niigata and Hokkaido. Produces lean, dry and well structured sake.
- Aromas of fresh pear and Fuji apple give way to a medium bodied sake with vibrancy and energy, finishing clean and defined.
- Pairs widely with food, from lightly salted dishes, to those featuring spice and soy sauce. Brewmaster recommends with grilled or roasted chicken, squid, or crab seasoned with black pepper.
