Winemaking     

After destemming, only the berries were placed in open-top stainless-steel tanks for 14 days of maceration with punching down three times a day. During this time, the temperature was not controlled. After careful basket pressing, the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks and barrels for a total of 10 months before bottling. Just before bottling, 15 ppm
