The Vinification: Direct pressed, fermented in 500L puncheon and aged in stainless steel for 13 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. Only 379 bottles produced! The experience: Beautiful deep rosé with a medium body. Notes of strawberries and tart cherries with a bright zippy texture. |
