The experience: The base sake is a yamahai, giving it its own body and complexity, even before putting it in cedar barrels. This combo makes a very well balanced, earthy & sharp sake that lends itself well to several temperatures. Process: Yamahai, 7 day storage in cedar barrels before bottling. ABV: 15% Ingredients: 70% polished Gin no Sato, Gohyakumangoku, Hitogokochi Storage: keep in a cool, dark place |
