The Vinification: This is a 'co-ferment' solera-style "pet-nat" which includes Pinot Gris grapes, heirloom pears, plums, blackberries, elderberries, and rosehips. 

The Experience: Hazy dark orange color, tart acidity, light fizz, and low ABV (8%). This has proven to be a popular brunch wine or after dinner treat.
