Tanaka san has gained a reputation in the sake world for bright, lively sake with layers of fruit and texture.

Junmai Daiginjo Muroka Nama Genshu/ Kamonishiki Shuzo, Niigata

The experience: This feels like special occasion sake. Its not everyday you encounter a muroka nama genshu with this elegance, let alone one with rice polished to 50%. This sake is balanced, both fruity & textured while also finishing dry.

Process: Sokujo ABV: 15%

Ingredients: Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku milled to 50%
