VARIETY : Grenache

TERROIR : Valmal is the name of a secluded plot between olive and cypress trees typical of the Rhone Valley. "These are our oldest Grenache vines, planted in 1956 after a devastating frost. These old vines require a lot of time and care."

HARVEST : hand picked

VINIFICATION : Aged for 24 months under veil and then another 4 months in bottle.
No filtration or fining.
