The Story

The name says it all. Amabuki's "I Love Sushi" Junmai is purpose built for the sushi counter; dry enough to cleanse the palate between bites, but with a soft acidity and moderate umami that keeps it from feeling one-note. It's the kind of sake that knows its job and does it well: stay out of the way when the fish is delicate, step up when the flavors get richer. From a simple piece of salmon to a fatty slice of otoro, this bottle handles the full omakase experience with ease!

About the Brewery: Amabuki Shuzo
Founded in 1688, Amabuki Shuzo is located in northern Kyushu in Saga Prefecture, an area known for bountiful sake rice harvests and the smooth groundwater that flows from nearby Mt. Sefuri. The brewery is famous for its use yeasts derived from various flowers to give their sakes unique aromatic profiles. Their motto is "Onko Sousei," which means learning from the past to create new and better things. While many of their sakes showcase floral experimentation, this bottle takes a more straightforward approach: a food-first sake designed to make your meal better.

shipping outside of NYC is calculated through a common carrier at checkout! (monthly subscriptions are the only exception) orders go out every Thursday unless stated otherwise

please note: we can only ship sake & wine outside of new york state (whisky or other spirits are excluded)

delivery is available for all of NYC at check out for $10! Wednesday-Friday only. orders must be placed before 1:30pm for same day delivery, otherwise you can plan for the next working day.

The quickest, easiest way to get your bottles! Your subscription will be available for pick up on the first Thursday of every month. Please use the code "FREECLUBPICKUP" or follow this link.
Shipping: 
Shipping east of the Mississippi River will cost a flat rate of $25. West of the river costs $35. Boxes are sent out the first week of the month.  We currently do not ship to the following states: ND, NH, UT, MS, AL, VT, KY, SD. As statutory laws are constantly changing, please note that this list is updated frequently. Bottles ship the first week of every month! Please let us know if you need us to hold your package.
Delivery:

Please reach out if you won't be home to receive your order, we can pick a different date together. Somebody 21+ NEEDS to be home to sign for the bottles. If you'd like to pick up one month, let us know before the first of the month and we'll make sure you aren't charged for delivery.
