This is one of Brooklyn Kura's flagship sakes-- it's named after their favorite blue door. Intended to be enjoyed shortly after being brewed (which is lucky because we're in the same borough), it is full bodied and rich, with notes of umami and also cooked banana.

delivery is available for all of NYC at check out for $10! Monday-Friday only. orders must be placed before 1:30pm for same day delivery, otherwise you can plan for the next working day.
