I first tasted this wine out of a keg paired with Persian food and fell in love! One of the many perks of domestic wine.

50% Chenin Blanc, 35% Riesling, 15% Pinot Gris / Field Recordings, California
Perfect intro to orange wine. This wine finishes dry but doesn't have much tannic texture -- it's well balanced with fruit, almost nectar-like. Reminiscent of the greek peach juice that comes in cartons.
