All grapes are from Nanyo city, Yamagata prefecture.
Aromatic and light orange style. 50% whole bunch skin ferment. 100% was fermented and aged in amphora. Aged in amphora for 8 months. Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives.
Grapes: Rosario Bianco 34%, Niagara 33%, Delaware 33%
