100% destemmed. Used various vinification by Steuben, Merlot and Neo Muscat. 100% was fermented and aged in amphora. Aged in amphora for 9 months. Wild yeast, unfined, unfiltered, without any additives. 

Grapes: Steuben 70%, Merlot 21%, Neo Muscat 9%

delivery is available for all of NYC at check out for $10! Monday-Friday only. orders must be placed before 1:30pm for same day delivery, otherwise you can plan for the next working day.
