Grape Republic "Bianco" 2021 Yamagata White
Delaware, Niagara and Seibel 9110 from a variety of vinification styles: 12 hour skin contact, 24 hour skin contact, 6 day skin fermentation. All aged for approximately 10 months in stainless steel tanks and then blended in summer 2022.
Tropical mango aromas, fresh balance of fruit and ripe lemon acidity, soft touch of tannin. Lightly hazy, honey yellow color.
Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without any additives. 11% abv
100% grown in Yamagata Prefecture.
