100% destemmed,skin fermented in amphora for 13 days.
Then aged also in amphora for 9 months.Blended with a tiny bit of Cabernet Sauvignon. Wild yeast,unfined,unfiltered,without any additives.
Grapes: Cabernet Franc 87%, Cabernet Sauvignon 17%
