Grape Republic "Rosso" 2021 Yamagata Red
Blended in 2022 with Steuben, Delaware and Cabernet Sauvignon using a variety of brewing methods. The aged for 9-10 months, split 50/50 between amphora and stainless steel tank.
Ripe strawberry scented with blackberries and spices. Balanced juiciness and acidity. Cabernet Sauvignon brings moderate kick of tannins. Overall, it's a fresh, juicy and light red wine.
Spontaneously fermented with wild yeast. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled without any additives. 11% abv
100% grown in Yamagata.
