This yamahai junmai is a great representation of yamahai sake. We used to lean on this sake a lot during our Bin Bin Sake Tastings. It's nutty and slightly sweet, but has enough acidity and heat to balance it out.

The experience: Our friend Jamie at Skurnik once told us this brewery is located steps away from a ramen shop, serving Fukuoka's classic tonkotsu ramen. This sake is brewed to match this rich local cuisine & I for one am excited to try this classic pairing.
