The Vinification: Zinfandel (100% destemmed), Pinot noir, Carignan and Petite Sirah (100% whole-cluster, stems intact); fermented separately and aged in both stainless steel and neutral oak barrique for 6 months. Unfined. Lightly filtered before blending and bottling. Sediment expected. The experience: A perfect balance of body & texture. Call it a chillable red, call it a table red, call it california in a glass, it's so good! |

delivery is available for all of NYC at check out for $10! Monday-Friday only. orders must be placed before 1:30pm for same day delivery, otherwise you can plan for the next working day.
