The Story

Basically summer in a bottle. Momomo (a riff on "momo," the Japanese word for peach) is made by Sengetsu Shuzo in Kumamoto Prefecture, where they take their clean, light rice shochu and combine it with a generous amount of locally grown white peach juice and pulp. 30% of the bottle is pure peach! No artificial colors, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Just rice shochu and real peach, and it tastes exactly like biting into a fresh, juicy peach on a warm day.

Tasting Profile

Aroma: Intensely fruity and naturally sweet, with huge fresh peach character.

Palate: Lush and sweet with rich peach flavor, supported by the clean, light rice shochu base. The texture is soft and almost nectar like from the pulp. At 7% ABV, it's light and easy to drink.

Finish: Sweet and tangy, with a refreshing peach aftertaste.

Serving & Pairing

Serving Temperature: Chilled or on the rocks. Also makes a fantastic base for cocktails or poured over vanilla ice cream as an Affogato inspired dessert.
