This junmai ginjo nigori is so special! We find that all Shichi Hon Yari sake is sharp and dry, and this nigori is no exception. We love sharing this sake with people who deem nigori as "too sweet". This sophisticated, balanced nigori is unique and well crafted.
The Tomita family named their sake Shichi Hon Yari, or “Seven Spearsmen,” after the leaders of the historic Battle of Shizugatake which was fought just outside their town of Kinomoto.

The experience: Before serving, gently shake the bottle to properly mix the sediments with the sake. Serve well-chilled.
