Junmai Muroka Yamahai / Sugii Shuzo, Shizuoka

The experience: try this sake at all temperatures! it's not as mushroom-y or earthy as other yamahai we carry, but the warmer you serve it, the more complex it tastes.  

Process: Yamahai, ABV: 15.5%

Ingredients: 60% polished Tamazakae rice

Storage: keep in a cool, dark place
